How does the AI suggest questions?+

BI.Survey reads your goal and picks question types suited to it, such as pricing, satisfaction, brand or product questions. You can edit every suggestion.

What question types can I use?+

Multiple choice, poll, rating, NPS, yes/no, open text, ranking, matrix, dropdown and slider.

How is the price calculated?+

Per completed response (CPI), based on how hard the audience is to reach, sample size, country, survey length, targeting and survey platform. You see every line before paying, and orders of 1,000+ completes get a volume discount.

Which package should I choose?+

DIY gives you the raw data. Standard adds a live dashboard and Excel/SPSS files. Premium adds an analyst report in the Bussiness Insights format with cross-tabs. Enterprise is for multi-country trackers and custom panels.

What will I receive?+

Depending on your package: raw data, a live dashboard, Excel/SPSS files and an analyst report with charts and insights. Add-ons such as a PowerPoint deck or AI summary are delivered with it.

How long does fieldwork take?+

The timeline is shown with your price. Most online surveys finish in 1–3 weeks; Express delivery cuts that by about 40%.

Can I pay in parts?+

Yes. Orders of $5,000 or more can pay 50% now and 50% on delivery. GST invoices are available for Indian businesses.

How do you ensure data quality?+

Attention checks, speeder and straight-liner removal, bot, VPN and duplicate filtering, and free replacement of bad completes.

Is my survey confidential?+
